Biodiesel Plants are trying to hang-on in wake of the latest non-action by congress with respect to the Biodiesel Tax Credit. The American Soybean Association issued an Action Alert to the Senate to put the tax credit back into the National Jobs Bill. Hopefully, action will be taken soon on this initiative.
